Which one of the following is the most important for you to consider in making your selection？

If I must select a person to teach others to do a job. There are many reasons can effect my selection. But the most important for me to consider in making my selection is the person’s work experience.

First, the person’s work experience can really help me to teach others to do a job. Because the person who has work experience can teach others to face the problems without nervous. It is very nessesary and important. If you can’t face the problems, you won’t have chances to find solutions to solve them. By the way, the person who has work experience know how to deal with problems in the easier way.

Second, the person who has work experience can teach others to discuss with partners. You can not work without communicating with others. So I think to learn how to communicate with people is also important and person who has work experience may have more experience to contact with people and know how to get many ideas together. And then we can find the best way to do it.

Third, the person who has work experience can have more ideas and good working attitude. If we can teach others to have more ideas in the office, it will be helpful to our works. And it is very important to have good working attitude when we are working. It can help you to be the popular person and the lovely person in the office.

To sum up, the person who has work experience is a very important reason when I make my selection. What I say are true, it is really helpful. I can select a person who can’t do his job very well. But I can’t select a person without work experience. In my opinion, work experience is the most important thing than others. It is also the only way can effect my selection.
